225: Get the Teaching Job You Want with Tanya Bunting
Tanya Bunting is an early year’s practitioner at heart – a teacher through and through! She first came across NLP in 2014 when she decided to take a career break, after 17 years in school leadership. After learning with Dr. Richard Bandler, she was hooked! Tanya couldn’t wait to return to the classroom or to begin working with individual clients to share her skills. Her diverse background supports a number of specialisms including Learning, Life and Career Coaching.
Tanya is a Licensed Trainer of NLP as well as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. She loves combining her skills to assist clients of all ages to follow their dreams. Her mission is to support her clients to believe in themselves, take control and determine their own destiny.
Tanya’s book “Get the Teaching Job You Want”, was a labour of love and written with you in mind. It takes you on a special journey where you experience every step of the application and interview process through stories that entertain and teach you what to do, as well as what not to successfully write a winning application and shine as you tread the boards on your interview stage.
Her unique career path and experience have enabled Tanya to combine her school leadership experience with the latest Neuro-Linguistic Programming [NLP] techniques; and, the suggestions in the complementary hypnosis download, “Your Trance to Shine & Get the Teaching Job You Want”, enable you to take a well-earned rest and program your subconscious mind to thoroughly prepare for that positive mindset – easily accessing all the confidence and motivation you need to secure that teaching job you want.
Tanya now works flexibly as a teacher, trainer, coach and therapist at the Bournemouth Consulting Rooms as well as other venues in Southampton and London. She is a Trainer and Student Liaison Lead for the International College of Clinical Hypnotherapy, as well as a valued member of the Trainer Assistant Teams for Dr. Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna.
Her successful change work includes managing anxiety, overcoming phobias & addictions, trance-forming childbirth and managing weight issues.
Tanya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and am a licensed NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner, having studied with Dr. Richard Bandler, a co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming [NLP].
She is a member of the Society of NLP, the General Hypnotherapy Council and an executive member of the British Society of Corporate Coaching and Mentoring.

223: Accent Music School with Delwyn McKenzie
Delwyn is the business owner of Accent Music School which she operates from her home in New Zealand. She holds a music degree from the University of Canterbury, majoring in composition. Delwyn and her husband Robin have 3 adult children.
For some of their school years they were home schooled and all of them learned piano and one other instrument with Delwyn. This was because there was limited access to music tuition where they lived in Asia at that time.
In over 30 years of music teaching she has taught classroom music, orchestral groups (often composing music for them), written a piano curriculum, and tutored many individuals on piano and stringed instruments. She enjoys playing double bass in a local orchestra and tutoring pre school music and movement groups. One of her greatest delights is to give beginners the best possible start on their musical journey.
Delwyn has taken her wealth of experience and created an online piano course called Headstart Piano. It is all about giving you and your child the best chance to succeed with music.
Step-by-step video lessons and practice sessions give a practical and personal approach. Though not required it also comes with extensive supervisor notes to help you reinforce each lesson.
